Coordinator of Library Access Services - Richland Community College

The Coordinator of Access Services is responsible for providing leadership and expertise relating to library systems and technology. The Coordinator of Access Services optimizes College computer-related resources for the library, and participates in the management of web-based contract services. The individual in this position will monitor technology trends for the College library and recommend improvement initiatives.

This position requires a Master’s degree in Library Science accredited by the American Library Association, plus one year of relevant experience in management and maintenance of integrated library systems. This position requires experience with Ex Libris Voyager integrated library system or Horizon SIRSI Dynix integrated library system, and experience with the OCLC system. The position requires experience with technical support for electronic information resources and experience participating in web-based systems and projects. The position requires the ability to instruct others in new technologies. Periodic evening and weekend work is required. Salary Range: $35,600 to $53,400
