IHLS Offices closed Monday, January 6

Due to inclement weather, resulting road conditions and extreme temperatures, all IHLS offices will be closed Monday, January 6.

Delivery will not run, extra routes may run later in the week to compensate for volume.

If you have a LLSAP emergency while our offices are closed, please call the LLSAP emergency cell number at 618-534-4319. This number is for emergencies ONLY.

 

IHLS Edwardsville Office closed due to weather

Due to inclement weather, the IHLS Edwardsville office will remain closed today, Thursday, January 2.

Delivery will not run today, extra routes may run tomorrow to compensate for volume.

If you have a LLSAP emergency while the office is closed, please call the regular phone number for your hub and follow the directions to reach someone in the automation department.

IHLS Holiday Closing

All IHLS offices will be closed in observance of Christmas Eve onTuesday, December 24 and Christmas Day on Wednesday, December 25 . Delivery and Talking Book Services will not be provided. Additional routes may run later in the week to compensate for volume.

Surplus furniture & equipment at Champaign office

We are pleased to announce the availability of office furniture and equipment at the Champaign IHLS office which has been declared surplus by the IHLS Board.  The Champaign Office is located at 1704 W. Interstate Dr. Champaign IL 61822.  These items will be free of charge to member libraries. 

Member libraries cannot reserve items by telephone, e-mail, fax, etc.  All available items will be given to member libraries on a first come, first served basis and must be immediately removed from the IHLS Champaign Office between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2013; or Tuesday, December 17, 2013 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Interested library members must be prepared to carry items out to their vehicles with minimal or no support from IHLS staff.

Du Quoin office closed Monday, December 9

Due to continuing dangerous road conditions, the IHLS Du Quoin office will be closed.

Delivery will not run Monday from the Du Quoin hub. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
