PROJECT: Project Next Generation (Douglass Branch Library)
STARTING SALARY: $10.00 per hour; no benefits package
HOURS: Tuesday and Thursday, 2:30-5:30 p.m. Beginning October 2. This is a temporary (six hours per week) position.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project Next Generation is a state-sponsored mentoring program for at-risk youth.
DUTIES: Project Mentors assist sixth – eighth grade students in developing technical skills and life skills using computers, digital cameras and other up-to-date equipment in a variety of projects and activities.

Experience using computers and the Internet; enthusiasm for and experience in working with young teens.

High School diploma required.
