The Illinois State Library is currently offering the Bouncing Back from the Pandemic: Developing Resources for the Local Workforce grant which provides funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021.
- To provide essential resources and services to those seeking employment
In order to assist libraries in providing essential resources such as free access to the internet, trainings, access to employment services, computers, and more, public and academic libraries may apply for $5,000 to $50,000 to expand the library's current technology, equipment, and related materials. Workforce-based programming and other services can also be established and designed using the funds provided by the grant.
