Seeking an organized, detail-oriented customer service professional for the Champaign Public Library Administrative Office. Duties include but not limited to: greeting customers, staff, and vendors; answering and directing telephone calls, assisting with personnel activities such as recruitment, hiring, and record-keeping for l00 plus employees, maintaining employee and general office files; handling information and records regarding employee benefits programs; taking meeting minutes, and handling confidential information and providing secretarial and administrative support.
