Requests for Proposal

• Illinois Heartland Library System (IHLS) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to supply laptop computers and accessories in support of the Illinois Office of Broadband (IOB) Laptop Program. This procurement is funded through the U.S. Treasury Capital Projects Fund and will place devices in public libraries across Illinois to expand digital access for underserved communities.
