IL OSHA adoption of federal OSHA ETS for 100+ Employees Stayed [updated]

On Jan.13, 2022, the United States Supreme Court issued a stay, or temporarily halt of implementation, on the Federal OSHA COVID-19 vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard (ETS). Following suit, IL OSHA has stayed it's own rule, the adoption of the federal ETS, while it monitors federal litigation and determines next steps, the Illinois Department of Labor says. Please follow the Illinois Department of Labor website for updates.
