We hope all of our school library staff had a great summer! Now is the time of year when IHLS Delivery starts again, and the first day of delivery to school libraries is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 21, 2023.
If it is helpful to have delivery service to your school start earlier, or if your school is not yet in session and you need a later date, we can arrange that! Let us know by initiating a Delivery Help Desk Ticket and selecting “Request School Year Alt Start/End Date.”
Have you notified IHLS Delivery of your library’s closing dates for the school year? If you haven’t, please share these dates with us by initiating a Delivery Help Desk Ticket and selecting “Report Closing - Scheduled.”
During the year, if you unexpectedly find that you do not need IHLS Delivery service, such as for snow days, please report this to us by initiating a Delivery Help Desk Ticket and selecting “Report Closing - Emergency/Unscheduled.”
Finally, please return any extra tubs or bags that you have by sending them with your IHLS Delivery driver. We're missing around 70% of some types of bags and bins, and we must have these back in order to continue serving you.
