IHLS staff emailed the inter-governmental agreements (IGA) to academic, public, and special SHARE-member libraries via DocuSign on July 31, 2024. We anticipate sending the school agreements the week of Aug. 19.
It is important to note that duplication at IHLS hubs will not begin until Aug. 19, 2024, (or later), and Duplicator Kits are planned to be sent on Aug. 26, 2024. Because IHLS staff were unable to identify which agencies had outside barcodes or RFID tags, an agreement was sent to each agency. If your library already has outside barcodes, please complete the IGA selecting Option 4.
