The Human Resources Director is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The position serves as a consultant to management on human-resource-related issues acting as an employee champion and change agent. This position is also part of the leadership team, which participates in establishing strategic directions as well as goals and objectives for IHLS.

The Human Resources Coordinator monitors the fundamental administrative tasks within the human resources department. This position is also responsible for ensuring the quality of employee relations, handling conflicts, and efficient scheduling.
