ALDI Cares Community Grants

Through ALDI Cares Community Grants, we partner with nonprofit organizations that make a positive impact on Children’s Health & Wellness and Food Insecurity while supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs. Whether your mission is to support children through education, arts, athletics or addressing food insecurity in your local community, we encourage you to apply for support from ALDI Cares Community Grants.

Innovations in Reading Prize

From the National Book Foundation website:

Each year, the National Book Foundation’s Innovations in Reading Prize awards $10,000 to an individual or organization that has developed an innovative project which creates and sustains a lifelong love of reading in the community they serve. In addition, the Foundation recognizes four projects to receive the designation of honorable mention.

Both the winner and honorable mentions are invited to participate in the Foundations’ annual Why Reading Matters Conference.

Kars4Kids

The Kars4Kids Small Grant Program is dedicated to supporting educational initiatives around the country, helping them impact more children.

Georgia-Pacific Foundation

Dollar General Summer Reading Program Grant

From the Dollar General Foundation website--

Summer Reading Grants provide funding to local nonprofit organizations and libraries to help with the implementation or expansion of summer reading programs. Programs must target Pre-K through 12th-grade students who are new readers, below grade level readers or readers with learning disabilities.

American Honda Foundation

From the America Honda Foundation website:

The American Honda Foundation engages in grant making that reflects the basic tenets, beliefs and philosophies of Honda companies, which are characterized by the following qualities: imaginative, creative, youthful, forward-thinking, scientific, humanistic and innovative. We support youth education with a specific focus on the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects in addition to the environment.
