Community Possible Grant Program

From the US Bank website:

Community Possible is designed to embrace the diversity in our communities. We consider grant requests without regard to race, gender, disability, religion, ethnicity, age, or sexual orientation. While the U.S. Bank Foundation generously funds many nonprofit organizations in our communities, it's impossible to fund every request. In order to make the most meaningful impact in our local communities, we focus our grant giving to fund economic development issues tied to Work, Home, and Play.

NEA Big Read

From the Arts Midwest website:

An initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest, the NEA Big Read broadens our understanding of our world, our communities, and ourselves through the joy of sharing a good book.

Showcasing a diverse range of contemporary titles that reflect many different voices and perspectives, the NEA Big Read aims to inspire conversation and discovery.

Pilcrow Disaster Relief Grant and Childrens Book Project Grant

The mission of the Pilcrow Foundation is to provide new, quality, hardcover children’s books to rural public libraries across the United States.

The Foundation's Children’s Book Project grants support libraries located in a rural area within the 50 United States that have a limited operating budget and an active children’s department.

Through the program, a library's local sponsors can contribute from $200 to $400, which the Foundation matches on a 2-to-1 ratio. Thus, a library can receive up to $1,200 worth of new, quality, hardcover children's books.
