The Web & IT Administrator supports staff hardware and software along with website updates and services. This position works closely with the Web Developer and Network Administrator as well as with the IT Director to implement and monitor the functions of the computer systems and website updates. Installation and maintenance of computer and server resources for IHLS is a primary focus.

The Sorter is a part-time position. The primary role of the Sorter is to assist in the daily sorting of books and other library materials transported by IHLS courier drivers. Other responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of the delivery tubs and bags, shelving IHLS books, delivering library materials to IHLS staff, and performing other clerical duties.
Courier Drivers are a critical component to the provision of customer service. These positions sort and deliver books and other library materials to and from member libraries. Courier Driver services are provided Mondays through Fridays.

Story time – develop timely themes of interest to children. Research and select themes 3 months in advance for timely inclusion in the Village Communicator, Library Newsletter, and newspaper submissions. .
Participates in all functions of the Circulation Desk, including issuing library cards, orienting patrons to the library, promoting library programs and services, providing recommendations and reference services, answering telephone inquiries, assisting patrons on library computers, training patrons on use of digital resources and equipment, updating the library website, creating displays and signage, and processing and repairing library materials.
