Big changes are happening in the Operations Department at Illinois Heartland Library System! So, we'd like to reintroduce a few familiar staff, some of whom are in new positions! 

Lia McInerney has accepted the position of Operations Manager in Edwardsville and is responsible for the Edwardsville hub operations. Lia is replacing the previous Area Manager, Linda Petty, and her primary duties include managing delivery and sorting services for libraries, schools, and organizations served through our Edwardsville hub.

Casey Parr has accepted the position of Operations Coordinator in Carbondale and is responsible for the Carbondale hub operations and managing delivery and sorting services.

Linda Kates is still the Operations Manager in Champaign and is responsible for the Champaign hub operations. Her primary duties include managing delivery and sorting services for libraries, schools, and organizations served through our Champaign hub.
