SAFE K-12 Teacher Education Grants

The Society of Aviation & Flight Educators, Inc.(SAFE) is offering four $250.00 grants designed to encourage K-12 classroom teachers to incorporate aviation-themed lessons into their normal curriculum. Aviation and aerospace topics are the perfect adjunct for teaching science, math, history, and even art. Aviation and aerospace are topics that generate enthusiasm with all types of learners and all ages of students.

Digital Equity Capacity Kickstarter Grant Program

The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (the “Department” or “DCEO”) is issuing a Notice of Funding Opportunity (“NOFO”) to support expansion of broadband access, adoption, and use initiatives among Illinois broadband and digital equity stakeholders, such as communities and community-based organizations. Through this NOFO, the Department will fund proposals that promote specific digital equity outcomes – such as local outreach and engagement, added digital navigator capacity, public access expansion, or feasibility study. 

The Chisholm Foundation Grants

The mission of The Chisholm Foundation since its inception has been to nurture and support meaningful endeavors in education, the arts, and religion. 

The Chisholm Foundation welcomes grant applications from anywhere in the United States that are compatible with its mission to support the arts, education and religion. Submitted applications are reviewed individually by the Foundation directors, who may or may not request additional information from applicants. Only a small number of the many applications received can be funded.
